Deleted or changed obsolete links
Removed SPARCLE and CLRC pages - all lidar pages are now on my Lidar.com website.

6 th. September 1999

Split Linda's MUP page into several pages.
Added a new MUP collection.
Added photographs of Linda's animal friends.
Added a photograph of Larry and Linda to the HPHAND miscellaneous photos page.
Updated the blurb on the SPARCLE page to reflect the death of the program.

27 th. July 1999

Added pages of photographs from the 10th Biennial Coherent Laser Radar Conference.
Updated the blurb on the SPARCLE page to reflect current state of program.
Changed background and text colours.

23rd. May 1999

Moved the photographs off the family page to several seperate pages to speed loading of pages.
Added the Christmas cake page to the family section.
Changed the background on the SPARCLE patch to match the page background.

10 th. April 1999

Added the MUP page. This page was originally on the D&A Software site and I thank Avi for offering it to me.
Made the family photo gallery available to all.
Reorganised the site so that the HPHAND & HP200LX page was the index page as that will probably receive the greatest number of visitors and updated all links as appropriate.
Added some blurb explaining what I do on SPARCLE.

7 th. February 1999

Changed first photograph and added camp photograph to Linda's cabin meeting page.
Minor typographical corrections to several pages.
Removed self referencing links from pages.
